Warranty is automatically activated when the product is shipped to the buyer. Airbot warranty covers major electronic components of the power socket.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Any damage caused by human error, misuse, rough handling or improper installation.
- Scratches, dents, discoloration or any other cosmetic / mechanical damage.
- Damage caused by overloading beyond the rated 3,250W / 13A capacity.
- Damage caused by use in wet, outdoor or excessively humid environments.
- Any unauthorised modification, repair, or use with unsafe adapters or extensions.
Warranty Service Terms
- After engineer inspection, faulty components covered by warranty will be replaced with new parts.
- Warranty return shipping and re-delivery fees are borne by the buyer.
- Once the product is unboxed and used, returns / refunds are no longer accepted due to activation of warranty and safety considerations.
