Its always good to have some protection on your new electronics as its hard to predict when it will down nowadays. First time getting this 2-year extended warranty, I wish I don't ever need to use it.

Been using for 3 months now and its been presently good so far. Setup was straightforward and the mapping is accurate too. For the price of this machine, its one of the better ones in the market.

Blows until I very happy. No need to pay angmo brand tax by buying dyson. Buy this one cheaper for the same blow.

500ml bottle can use ~50 times cos 10-15ml per clean tank. Have to buy cos its the only cleaning solution to match w airbot robotic vacuum. Works fine but bottle leaking so had to transfer it out :/
