Airbot Return & Refund Policy

Policy Coverage

This policy applies to purchases:

✅ Made on Airbot Singapore website (airbot.sg)
✅ From Airbot Experience Centers, Retail Outlets
✅ From Airbot Singapore authorized resellers

Acceptable Return Reasons

You may request returns within 7 calendar days of delivery only for:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Product materially differs from website specifications
  • Product has manufacturing defects or flaws
  • Product is tested to be faulty after unboxing

Mandatory Return Conditions

  • Valid proof of purchase (order number + receipt)
  • Product in new, unopened condition with:
  • Original packaging & accessories
  • All manuals/warranty cards
  • Unused free gifts
  • Never installed/used

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns are not permitted for:

  • Opened packaging (if item matches order)
  • Installed or used products
  • Change of mind (size/color/model preference)
  • Mounted TV brackets

Refund Terms & Policy

Product Payment : Refunded via original payment method
Delivery Fees : Non-refundable
Promo Vouchers : Value forfeited; only cash paid refunded
Climate Vouchers : Non-refundable (see NEA Climate Voucher FAQs)
Processing Time : Up to 14 working days after return inspection

Return Process

    • Customer bears return shipping costs

    • Use trackable courier (e.g., Ninja Van, Lalamove, J&T Express and etc.)

    • Email tracking number to support@airbot-tech.com

  3. Inspection:

    • 1-3 working days upon receipt at our center
