Policy Coverage
This policy applies to purchases:
✅ Made on Airbot Singapore website (airbot.sg)
✅ From Airbot Experience Centers, Retail Outlets
✅ From Airbot Singapore authorized resellers
Acceptable Return Reasons
You may request returns within 7 calendar days of delivery only for:
- Incorrect item received
- Product materially differs from website specifications
- Product has manufacturing defects or flaws
- Product is tested to be faulty after unboxing
Mandatory Return Conditions
- Valid proof of purchase (order number + receipt)
- Product in new, unopened condition with:
- Original packaging & accessories
- All manuals/warranty cards
- Unused free gifts
- Never installed/used
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns are not permitted for:
- Opened packaging (if item matches order)
- Installed or used products
- Change of mind (size/color/model preference)
- Mounted TV brackets
Refund Terms & Policy
Product Payment : Refunded via original payment method
Delivery Fees : Non-refundable
Promo Vouchers : Value forfeited; only cash paid refunded

Processing Time : Up to 14 working days after return inspection
