Warranty is automatically activated when product is shipped to buyer. Airbot warranty covers major electronics components and motor.

It DOES NOT cover :

1. Any damages due to human mistake, misuse, misconduct
2. Scratches, dent marks, or any other mechanical mark on product
3. Degradation of battery
4. Consumable parts such as fluffy brush, HEPA filter, roller wheels, dust cup, which are subjected to wear and tear

For warranty service, you are hereby agree that
1. After engineer inspection, faulty components will be replaced with brand new components.
2. Warranty returning fee is born by buyers, re-delivery fee is borned by seller.
3. Once product is unboxed and item is used, option to return / refund is no longer accepted due to warranty activation and hygiene reasons.

Inspection & Cleaning Fees

Its very lightweight, good suction and battery life is excellent.

so far it works well.
However:
1. Initially I charged it for XXhrs as per instruction - and it lasted quite a while before I need to charge it again ( I use it almost everday for a 4 room flat. Generally my place is quite clean typed)
2. After the 2nd charge, it lasted about a week only - and I need to charge it again.
3. Is the above normal?

Regarding your questions, it is normal for the battery life to vary depending on usage and environment. The initial charge may have lasted longer as the battery was fully depleted, but subsequent charges may not last as long if the battery is not fully drained. We recommend charging the Airbot Aura when it reaches 20% battery life to maximize its use. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Product quality

This is my second purchase of Airbot Aura. Quality of some components are degraded compared with previous one. Area of parts are dust cup door clip (not smoothly released door), power connector of wind pipe (connector drop out when pull out wind pipe from body).
