General Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of Airbot’s website, mobile application, products and services.

A. Overview

This website and the Airbot mobile application are operated by Airbot Technology Pte. Ltd. (“Airbot”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We provide the website and the Airbot Connect mobile application (together, the “Service”) to you, the user (“User”), subject to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). By accessing the Service or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced or linked herein.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including browsers, customers, vendors, merchants and content contributors. If you do not accept all Terms, do not access or use the Service.

New features or tools will be subject to these Terms. We may update or replace any part of the Terms by posting changes on this page. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

E-commerce platforms: Our online store may be hosted or mirrored on third-party marketplaces (including Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Amazon) and our own store (Shopify). Your purchases on those platforms are also subject to each platform’s terms and policies.

B. Acceptable Use & Termination

Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose and must comply with all applicable laws (including intellectual property laws). You must not interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.

Termination for Breach

Any violation of these Terms is a material breach. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached the Terms.

C. Pricing, Service Modifications & Liability

Product prices may change at any time without notice.

Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at our discretion and without notice.

Limitation of Liability (General)

To the extent permitted by law, Airbot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from price changes, modifications, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any product.

D. Information Accuracy & Corrections

Information on the Service (e.g., descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping, delivery times, inventory) may occasionally contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders due to material inaccuracies at any time without prior notice (including after an order is submitted).

Except as required under Singapore law, we have no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information. A “last updated” date does not imply that all information has been modified.

E. Service Disclaimers & Liability Limitations

Service Performance & Availability

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable. We may suspend or discontinue the Service without notice.

User Responsibility & Warranty Exclusion

Your use of the Service and any products is at your sole risk. The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability (Damages)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airbot and its directors, employees, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for any direct or indirect damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or replacement costs) arising out of or related to the Service, product procurement, content errors, or unauthorized access—whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or strict liability.

Jurisdictional compliance: Where Singapore law prohibits exclusion of certain damages, Airbot’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act.

F. User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Airbot Technology Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from any third-party claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your violation of law; or (iii) your infringement of third-party rights. This obligation survives termination of the Service.

G. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

H. Amendments to These Terms

We may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms by posting the revised Terms on this page, effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically and monitoring the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes binding acceptance.

I. Return Policy (Summary)

Pre-Purchase Checklist

  • Product dimensions fit your intended space.
  • Airbot digital door locks are compatible with your door (thickness/type).
  • Airbot TVs and brackets suit your wall type/condition.

Acceptable Return Reasons (within 7 calendar days of delivery)

  • Incorrect item received.
  • Product materially differs from website specifications.

Mandatory Return Conditions

  • Valid proof of purchase (order number and receipt).
  • Product in new, unopened condition with:
    • Original packaging and accessories,
    • All manuals/warranty cards,
    • Unused free gifts,
    • Never installed/used.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Opened packaging (where item matches the order).
  • Installed or used products.
  • Change-of-mind (size/color/model preference).
  • Mounted TV brackets.

Refund Terms & Policy

Item Policy
Product Payment Refunded via original payment method.
Delivery Fees Non-refundable.
Promo Vouchers Value forfeited; only cash portion refunded.
Climate Vouchers Non-refundable.
Processing Time Up to 14 working days after return inspection.
