Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Any damage due to human mistake, misuse, impact, dropping or misconduct.
• Scratches, dent marks or any other cosmetic / mechanical damage.
• Damage caused by exposure to liquids, moisture or outdoor environments.
• Damage caused by overloading beyond the rated 3,250W / 13A capacity.
• Wear and tear, or damage arising from use with unsafe adapters, extensions or non-compliant electrical systems.

Warranty Service Terms

• After engineer inspection, faulty components covered by warranty will be replaced with brand new parts.
• Warranty returning fee and re-delivery fee are borne by the buyer.
• Once the product is unboxed and used, returns / refunds are no longer accepted due to warranty activation and safety / hygiene reasons.
