X40 Ultra / X40 Master accessories are not compatible with L108s Pro Ultra / S9 Ultra model.
️Please do not discard the X40 Ultra cleaning solution bottle, as the refill bottle is specifically designed to refill the X40 Ultra bottle.
The 250ml Floor Cleaner works with Airbot robot vacuums and wet & dry vacuums. Its high concentration can last up to 2 months, depending on usage.
- Warranty T&C
Warranty is automatically activated when product is shipped to buyer. Airbot warranty covers major electronics components and motor.
It DOES NOT cover :
1. Any damages due to human mistake, misuse, misconduct
2. Scratches, dent marks, or any other mechanical mark on product
3. Degradation of battery
4. Consumable parts such as fluffy brush, HEPA filter, roller wheels, dust cup, which are subjected to wear and tear
For warranty service, you are hereby agree that
1. After engineer inspection, faulty components will be replaced with brand new components.
2. Warranty returning fee is born by buyers, re-delivery fee is borned by seller.
3. Once product is unboxed and item is used, option to return / refund is no longer accepted due to warranty activation and hygiene reasons.
Inspection & Cleaning Fees
• $20 inspection fee will be charge if no issue found.
• Cleaning fee will be charged if machine is found to be filthy (dust bin not emptied, pet fur & hair stuck, pests found in machine)
*For warranty and exchange, returning cost is borne by customer, re-delivery cost is borne by seller.*
