Please simply chat with customer service staff from the shop where you purchased your Airbot product, then collaborate with them to claim your warranty.
Procedures for Warranty:
- Complete the following form for warranty claims
- Pack the defective product in a proper packaging
- Attach a paper stating your name, contact number and order number of your purchase in the packaging
- Visit our service centre to dropoff your defective product
- For courier shipping, you may ship the product back to our service centre

Monday –Sunday : 9am – 6pm (avoid lunch break @ 1-2pm)
Our service centre personnel will contact you once your defective product have been repaired.
