Airbot TV Installation & Service Policy
1.1 TVs ≤ 65 inches
- Maximum standard mounting height: 180cm from bottom of TV.
Excess Height Surcharges:
- 181cm–220cm: +$20 SGD
- 221cm–260cm: +$40 SGD
- 261cm–300cm: +$60 SGD
1.2 TVs > 65 inches (elevated mounting)
- Mandatory site survey within 48 business hours.
- Minimum surcharge of $200 SGD covering:
- Specialized lifting equipment
- Enhanced technician labor
- Elevated work insurance
- Structural assessment
Applied during technician’s onsite visit:
- Initial installation – Complimentary
- First readjustment – Complimentary
- Second readjustment – $30 SGD
Note: Readjustments apply only to minor positioning changes on pre-installed Airbot mounts. Structural remounting requires a new service booking.

Includes:
- 1-Year Installation Warranty – covering bracket stability (excluding wall or customer modifications)
- Damage Insurance – full product replacement for damage during repositioning (excluding pre-existing defects or weak wall structures)
Beyond standard onsite warranty, Airbot offers extended onsite support from $20 SGD per item for after-sales services including:
- System upgrades
- Configuration changes
- Additional sales consultation
- Requests outside standard installation scope
Fee covers: Technician labor, administration, express service premium, workmanship guarantee, and coordination with third-party installers.
- 3-year onsite warranty for Airbot Google TV products.
- 1-year installation warranty for Airbot wall mount brackets.
- Other brand brackets are not covered under Airbot installation warranty.
- Any wall, surface, or product damage due to bracket failure is the customer’s responsibility.
Airbot’s onsite team assists with basic TV setup. For app-specific issues (e.g., Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime), customers must contact the app providers directly due to data privacy compliance.

Conditions:
- Payable to delivery team before commencement.
- Applies where elevator access is unavailable or insufficient.
- Includes insurance, specialized labor, and safety compliance.
Oversized Package Surcharge: Minimum $200 SGD if packaging cannot fit in elevator — covers equipment rental, crew, insurance, and crane coordination.
Minimum $30 SGD fee applies for:
- Delivery reschedule requests within 48 hours of appointment.
- Failed deliveries (customer unavailable or premises inaccessible).

Same-day cancellations incur full delivery fee + $30 surcharge.
A $30 SGD per item processing fee applies to approved refund requests, deducted from the refund total.
- Recovers initial delivery and admin costs.
- Covers mileage reimbursement and payment gateway reversal fees.
Non-refundable components: Original delivery fees, climate vouchers, used promo credits.
No warranty is provided for cracks or breakage when drilling into marble, tile, granite, stone, or brick. Customers will be informed of risks before proceeding.
Installation may proceed upon consent, with an additional $60+ charge for specialized tools (e.g., diamond drills) and extended time.
- Personalized configurations (e.g., picture, sound, cable routing) excluded unless pre-arranged.
- Private account setups (Google, Netflix) excluded for PDPA compliance.
- Basic setup, training, and cable management included.
- Mounting Airbot TV using Airbot wall brackets.
- Reconnecting existing cables to new setup.
- Non-Airbot brackets may be used with an additional $20–$40 fee depending on complexity.
- Operating system overview and TV navigation
- Wi-Fi/WLAN connection
- Accessing local TV channels
- Demonstrating wall mount operation
Note: Personal account setup excluded for privacy protection.
Included:
- Organizing visible cables using built-in management.
- Neat arrangement of exposed wires without accessories.
Not Included:
- Running cables behind walls
- Installing tubing or raceways
- Providing extra cable accessories
Installation of external devices (soundbars, consoles, etc.) is excluded unless pre-approved by Airbot personnel. Existing cables will be reconnected where applicable.
Airbot is not liable for damage to concealed pipes or wiring unless informed beforehand. Technicians will use stud detectors to minimize risk prior to drilling.
Minor cracks, paint peeling, or vibrations may occur due to wall condition. Basic touch-up (white putty only) will be provided where possible. Full repainting excluded.
In case of damage during installation, customers must follow the Airbot official reporting process. Resolution is provided after a 1–2 day internal investigation.
- Report within 24 hours to Airbot support team.
- Provide clear photos and videos of the issue.
- Do not alter or repair the affected area before inspection.
- Delayed or modified reports may invalidate the claim.
