Airbot Return & Refund Policy

Applicable to Singapore Orders Only

1. Policy Coverage

This policy applies to purchases made:

  • On Airbot Singapore’s official website (airbot.sg)
  • From Airbot Experience Centers or retail outlets
  • From Airbot Singapore authorized resellers
2. Acceptable Return Reasons

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the delivery date only if:

  • An incorrect item was received
  • The product materially differs from website specifications
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect or flaw
  • The product is tested to be faulty after unboxing
3. Mandatory Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Valid proof of purchase (order number and receipt)
  • Product is in new, unopened condition with:
    • Original packaging and all accessories
    • User manuals and warranty cards
    • Unused complimentary gifts
    • Never installed or used
4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns are not permitted for the following cases:

  • Opened packaging if the item matches the order
  • Installed or used products
  • “Change of mind” requests (color, size, or model preference)
  • Mounted TV brackets or wall-mounted items

6. Return Process

Step 1 – Initiate Request:

Step 2 – Ship Back the Item:

  • Customers bear the return shipping costs
  • Use a trackable courier (e.g., Ninja Van, Lalamove, J&T Express, etc.)
  • Email the tracking number to support@airbot-tech.com

Step 3 – Inspection:

  • Inspection completed within 1–3 working days upon receipt
  • Refunds processed after successful verification
