Airbot Warranty Terms & Conditions

A. Warranty Activation

Your warranty is automatically activated upon product shipment and is valid for products purchased directly from Airbot or its authorized resellers.

B. What Our Warranty Covers
  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Missing parts or components at the time of delivery
  • Malfunctions of major electronic components and motors
C. What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Wear and Tear:

  • Natural degradation of batteries
  • Consumable or replaceable parts including HEPA filters, rollers, wheels, brushes, wind tubes, flexible piping, dust cups, and water tanks

Cosmetic Issues:

  • Scratches, dents, misalignment, or aesthetic imperfections that do not affect performance

Damage Due to External Factors:

  • Misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or maintenance
  • Assembly errors, unauthorized modifications, or repairs
  • Contact with pests or exposure to extreme environmental conditions (heat, humidity, salinity, pollutants)
  • Fire, water damage, natural disasters, or other acts of nature
  • Commercial or non-domestic use

Third-Party Intervention:

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair services
  • Transport damage caused by the customer
  • Shipping fees to our service center

Consequential or Incidental Losses:

  • Any loss or damage resulting from the inability to use the product
D. Warranty Service Terms
  • All products will be inspected by authorized Airbot service personnel. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, faulty parts will be repaired or replaced with new components.
  • Once a product has been unboxed and used, returns or refunds are not accepted due to warranty activation and hygiene reasons.
  • Airbot reserves the right to determine claim validity and whether repair or replacement is appropriate.
  • Replacement parts may differ in color or texture from the original components.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID, Tax Invoice, receipt, or email record) must be provided for verification.
E. How to Claim Warranty
  • WhatsApp +65 9460 9606 and send a short video of the product issue to our official Warranty Service Team.
  • Pack the defective product securely in suitable packaging.
  • Include a note with your name, contact number, and order number inside the package.
  • Drop off or courier the product to our service center.

You will be contacted once your product has been assessed and serviced.

F. Inspection and Cleaning Fees
  • A minimum inspection fee of $20 applies if no fault is found.
  • Additional cleaning fees may apply for products returned in an unsanitary condition, such as:
    • Dust bin not emptied
    • Pet hair or fur accumulation
    • Presence of pests or insects

I. Limitations of Warranty
  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Any attempt to transfer ownership of the warranty renders it void.
  • Airbot reserves the right to:
    • Determine the validity of warranty claims;
    • Decide whether to repair or replace any defective part;
    • Terminate warranty coverage if the product has been abused, misused, or improperly maintained.
