A. Warranty Activation
Your warranty is automatically activated upon product shipment and is valid for products purchased directly from Airbot or authorized resellers.
B. What Our Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

Missing parts or components at the time of delivery

Malfunctions of major electronic components and motors
C. What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover the following:

Wear and Tear:
-
Natural degradation of batteries
-
Consumable or replaceable parts, including:
-
HEPA filter, fluffy roller, roller wheels, main brush
-
Wind tubes, flexible piping, dust cups
-
Clean and dirty water tanks
-

Cosmetic Issues:
-
Scratches, dents, misalignment, or aesthetic abnormalities that do not affect product performance

Damage Due to External Factors:
-
Misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or poor maintenance
-
Assembly errors, unauthorized modifications or repairs
-
Contact with animals, pests, or extreme environmental conditions (e.g. high heat, humidity, salinity, or polluting gases)

Fire, water damage, natural disasters, or other acts of nature
-
Commercial use, or any use outside a private/domestic environment
-

Third-party Intervention:
-
Damage caused by services or repairs not authorized by Airbot
-
Transport damage caused by the customer
-
Shipping fees to our service center
-
-
Consequential or Incidental Losses:
-
Any loss or damage arising from the inability to use the product

D. Warranty Service Terms
By submitting a product for warranty service, you agree to the following:

All products will be inspected by authorized service personnel. If a manufacturing defect is found, faulty components will be repaired or replaced with new parts.

Once a product has been unboxed and used, returns or refunds are no longer accepted due to warranty activation and hygiene reasons.

Airbot reserves the right to determine whether a claim is valid and whether the issue requires repair or replacement.

Replaced parts may vary in color or texture from the original components.
- Order ID, proof of purchase such as Tax Invoice, receipt, email records have to be presented to warranty service team to verify the authenticity of product.
E. How to Claim Warranty
Please follow the steps below:

WhatsAPP +65 9460 9606, send a product short video to our official Warranty Service Team;

Pack the defective product securely in appropriate packaging;
-
Include a note with your name, contact number, and order number inside the package;
-
Drop off or courier the product to our service center.
You will be contacted once your product has been assessed and serviced.
F. Inspection & Cleaning Fees
-
A minimum inspection fee of $20 will apply if no fault is found.

Additional cleaning fees will apply if the product is returned in an unsanitary condition, such as:

Dust bin not emptied
-
Pet hair/fur accumulation
-
Presence of pests or insects
-

H. Limitations of Warranty

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Any attempt to transfer ownership of the warranty will render it void.

Airbot reserves the right to:

Determine the validity of warranty claims

Decide whether to repair or replace any defective part
-
Terminate the warranty if the product has been abused, misused, or improperly maintained
-
