    Procedures for Warranty:
    • Complete the following form for warranty claims
    • Pack the defective product in a proper packaging
    • Attach a paper stating your name, contact number and order number of your purchase in the packaging
    Shipping Details:
    • Visit our service centre to dropoff your defective product
    • For courier shipping, you may ship the product back to our service centre

    Monday - Friday : 9.30am - 5.00pm.
    Sat : 9.30am - 11.30am ( Avoid Public Holiday )

    Please chat with us to make an appointment, service ticket number will be provided.

    Dropoff Timing:

    Monday –Sunday : 9am – 6pm (avoid lunch break @ 1-2pm)

    Our service centre personnel will contact you once your defective product have been repaired.
